Special Features of this website:

Visitors are able to create their own notice for the website including uploading their own images. The site can also be viewed in French. An e-commerce feature was added later so that the client could charge for some of the notices. The site has a full CMS from which the client can also manage banner ads for the site. Altogether a pretty clever website.
